Absolutely The WORST plumbing job ever. We contacted this company because we were getting low water pressure in our house, particularly in the bathtub.



They told us that our pipes were old and needed replacing. They assured us that once the pipes were replaced the pressure would return to normal.



So after a full day of banging and clanging upstairs and in the basement, and a huge gaping hole in our kitchen wall (they sneered at us when we asked them if they were going fix it) they came out and told us that everything was fine with the water pressure, EXCEPT the pressure in the bathtub...



which was why we contacted them in the first place...



did I mention this job cost approximately 2500.00...



They actually told us this with a straight face.



We raised so much fuss that they said they would come back the next day and do a new procedure and only charge us for the parts not the labor.



But it's still not fixed. The water pressure is still bad and it's going to remain that way until we get another set of pipes in because we were told that the pipes they installed were too small.



They also pulled out our new kitchen counter and almost destroyed it trying to put it back, and disconnected the pipe that lead to the outside water spigot and didn't bother to reconnect it.



A man who works for another company that works with them told us that his company has been getting a lot of complaints about Hessville Plumbing. Unfortunately, many customers have had the same sort of complaints that we have.



They knew that those pipes were too small, and they installed them anyway because they knew we didn't know the difference. If they didn't know difference then they're inept.



If they did know the difference then they're dishonest.



I'm giving tis company one star because I can't submit this review with NO STAR.

I want to say that the Hessville Plumbing has a very professional crew. They were top notch individuals and they knew what they were doing. We will call your company in a heartbeat even if it is an inside issue.

I always receive top notch service. Whenever I call, they come within 24 hours and they are always nice and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anybody because of how nice they've treated us.

The services the workers at Hessville Plumbing provided me were first class. They produce results and get the job done!

We had Hessville plumbing come in and take care of some issues with our bathroom plumbing. Our bathroom tub drain was somewhat clogged and our sink was acting up as well. They took care of the job and met all of my expectations in cleaning out the drains they did a great job!
