        Horrible at communicating. I still don't know if I'm covered after dealing with him for 2 months. He didn't email me back, at one point for 12 days, so I called him and he told me he didn't want to bother me by emailing me...As if it was going to wake me up in the middle of the night. I call shenanigans.
