Catherine's amazing! First time in she helped clear some of my breathing and sinus issues, I was able to smell again :) She handles deep tissue massages to get rid of knots, I have to return for more as I need work but looking forward to it! It's not just about massage, it's whole-body integration with her helping me channel myself, in my case the Holy Spirit, so that I can become grounded. I look forward to seeing more improvements soon!
