This company saved us thousands! We called Hardin for a 2nd opinion after another company told us we needed to replace our system. The Hardin technician came out and found we just needed a new capacitor. The part cost less than $100 and the system has been working great since they were here. The technician also spent the extra time to check everything out after he replaced the part. I highly recommend this company to all my closest friends. (many of whom are already loyal customers)!

I had a Hardin "expert" come to my house to work on my AC. There was an $80 trip charge which was for them to find the problem and put in freon. They came by the house brought a can of freon never checked anything and charged twice the going rate for freon. When I asked why everyone else was $14.50 for freon and they were $27.50 it was explained that they had to put extra labor on each gallon. So 80 per hour + 70 extra charge for freon nothing accomplished. This company should be put out of business.
