Overall

Incompetent repair service, but even worse is the fraudulent, lying, hostile and aggressive nature of the serviceman/owner. Not only was this service company awful, incompetent and nasty, but when I filed my complaint with angieslist, they responded with BOLD FACED lies. Not a single thing they said was truthful. 'Scott' replaced my entire icemaker. It never worked right, was slow to fill and leaked. A few months later, I could no longer accept that it was 'breaking itself in' and called again. He replaced the entire unit again he knew something was still wrong because it wouldn't fill. He said to give it a few days but 'thought' it was the fiber optic and probably was the problem from the start. This was a Friday afternoon. I called again Monday evening at about 5:30. The service line/dispatcher answered and was immediately nasty and hostile. She never offered to take a message, she just told me she couldn't be bothered and I had to call in the morning. I then called 'scott' because he had given me his number , NOT to ask for a service call, but to ask for a refund, because as he knew when he first installed the fiber optic, the ice maker still did not fill. He installed the fiber optic on a Friday, and I waited until Monday evening to call as he requested. Scott started screaming at me so loudly and went on and on, (I held the phone out for my husband to listen), that he became completely hoarse and couldn't speak. These people, from the owner on down to the dispatcher are just lying low lives. They will make up outrageous tales and sign sworn statements By the way, I had the icemaker fixed by a professional serviceman who said Gunn Appliance doesn't know what they are doing. (He also charged me 1/5 of what Gunn charged) Gunn claims they are 'factory trained technicians' when they are complete losers. Another thing is when he replaced the icemaker for the second time, he informed me that he SOLD MY OLD ONE TO AN UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMER AS NEW. It was in my freezer for 5 months, and he sold it as NEW. CHEATS & LIARS You really should stay far away from this terrible business, unless you like to be treated like garbage and ripped off.



I spent over $500 for an icemaker!!
