I was shopping around for prices and I stumbled upon the website of GreenChoice. I have really bad allergies and it is very important for me to get service with green cleaners. I called them to get more information and they were very polite and answered every question I had (and trust me there were a lot) . I was able to get an appointment the next day! The technician came out and cleaned my carpets on the spot. He was fast, professional and my carpets look fabulous. On top of this their prices are very reasonable. I am definitely going to use them again and refer them to all my friends.

2 weeks ago I have contacted Green Choice to clean my carpet which was stained heavily with wine, I am very pleased with the company and their staff. They have provided me with such an amazing cleaning services that all the stains have been removed completely. The technicians who cleaned our carpets are completely professionals, they are friendly and cleared all our questions and doubts. I am looking forward to further dealings with Green Choice Carpet Cleaning.



When I called them up to fix an appointment, they have arranged the perfect timing that suited my schedule. Overall it is a very good carpet cleaning company, The cleaning services are really amazing, the technicians closely examines the dirt and the type of carpet and gave my carpet a perfect cleaning. The price was not too high for the top quality services they offered.



The most important thing that attracted me is the organic cleaning services that they use. Green choice provided me with complete eco friendly and allergic free cleaning service. I have 2 pets in my home and I didn't want them to cause any allergic diseases, Green Choice was my perfect solution for carpet cleaning. I will definitely recommend Green Choice for carpet cleaning services.

The WORST! Technicians were ALWAYS very late. Like an hour and a half late on pick-up and delivery. My area rug was supposed to be delivered last week but they had to postpone till yesterday and then again till today between 8-11am. At 11am the technician called to say that he was gonna be an hour an a half late. The call center was totally unhelpful. They often said they would call me back and didn't.

I'm so glad that I finally found a company that can deliver such excellent results! I just got my mattress and carpets cleaned and I am very pleased with the service. Everything looks brand new as if I just installed new carpet and bought a new mattress. I still can't believe how inexpensive it was. I got great cleaning service for very little. I highly recommend Green Choice for anyone who wants great results at a great price!

I have a very expensive oriental rug that needed cleaning. I called Green Choice and they worked with my schedule to send a technician over when I needed. The customer rep was very helpful and she recommended that the technician see the rug first before having it picked up. I'm glad that I did, because I found out that due to the quality of my rug it could had to be brought to the factory to be dry cleaned. i just want to shear with you all the good experience that i had with this carpet cleaning comapny .

at first when i called to make the order there was a nice girl that answered the phone she was professional, she answered all my questions and she gave my good frice for what that i needed to do

(it was a big house with lots of rooms and few area rugs)

when the guy got to my place he did the job fast and thorough .

he tooks the rugs with him to clean, i got them back after only 5 days.

its flet like i just got new rugs.

a week ago i order to my place carpet cleaning company to clean my house they sounds like they have really good service the guy came to my house and clean all the rooms and living room but when he left i realized that the carpets look worst .





when the guy came first he wanted to take the money and he ask alot more that what they told me over the phone.

when the technician came he looked at the carpet it look like he knows what he's doing (not like the other guy)

he cleaned my house with NO chemical it was very clean and fresh .



the service was great that i didnt care about pay more money to clean my carepts.

a few days ago my kid vomit few times on the carpet so i needed someone asap i called to a few places but the service was really bad then i found greenchoice they came at the same day and cleaned my carpet they gave my really good service i definitely recommend them

I recently spilled red wine on my husband recliner, which he love so much. I was in such shock and I panic. I called Green Choice Carpet, which the customer service rep. assure me that the technician can remove the stain. In an hour Green Choice Carpet was knocking at my door. The tech. was very professional and had knowledge of what he was doing. I was so surprise to see the stain was gone and the recliner was left looking brand new. Thanks Green Choice you guys save my life.

About two weeks ago my dog got sick (poor guy) and had a few accidents on my beautiful oriental rug! I immediately went searching on the internet for a company that would not only clean the mess up but get rid of the odor as well. I came accross Green Choice and gave them a call. The customer representative that i spoke to was extremly friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and even iformed me that they are a green comany. I have two pets and 2 children, so it was reassurung to know that they wouldn't be using any harmful chemicals. They scheduled my apointment next day between 10am and 12pm. I wasn't present the technician came to the house but my husband said that the techician was very friendly and informative. He was very knowlegable and thorough with what he explained to my husband and the price was reasonable, thus we were confident enough to have the rug picked up by the technician. About 7 days later Green Choice called us to schedule a delivery. On the day of the delivery the technician couldn't reach me on my cell while I was in the shower so their office left a message on my voicemail informing me that the technician was at my house and he would wait 15 minutes to hear back from me. I was sooooo relieved that they did this, otherwize I would have missed the delivery of my rug and that would not have been good at all. When I received the rug, the technician brought it up to my apartment, took it out of the plastic wrap for me and layed it out for e in the dining room. My husband was extremly happy about this because he didn't have to worry about the doing all of that work! LOL. Anyway, I was able to pay my balance via one phone call and that ended my carpet cleaning experience. I am very pleased. I already recommended Green Choice to my neighbors. I will also reccomend to my family and friends. My mom has already set up an appointment with them to have her mattress cleaned. I highly reccomend this company!

I ordered a two-room $100.00 current promotion price. I did not have any issues with booking or getting a fast appointment, the person on the phone was thorough and complete.



The issue is that I found out the company sub-contracts their work and this is where the person on-site got creative.



When the person arrived to clean and saw a stain he said it would require deep shampoo and cleaning with a finish treatment - $275.00 When I informed him of the deal I had made he told me that was for steam cleaning without stain removal and that I would have had to inform the company of that stain and requirement in advance. He offered to lower the price but kept trying to up-sell me for something that I did not want and had anticipated paying for...



Aside from their own words "(aka "deep cleaning") the implied word deep-cleaning would mean removal of dirt, stains and clean deeply. I've never heard of a carpet cleaner that charges extra to remove a stain - it sounds like a way for them to charge more on the sub-contractor side and net a bigger profit.



I had to have the carpet cleaned and was able to talk the person down to $150 however, I'd never use them again, this is a type of bait and switch

My experience with Green Choice was the worst experience that I have had with a cleaning company. The person that they sent out was late, and didn't properly clean the carpet. I asked him to redo the areas where dirt and debris was visible. His response was that he didn't see it. I picked up a few pieces of crumbs and asked if he could see it, he said that vacuuming isn't part of the deep clean service, but that he would clean it again. I allowed the carpet to dry, and realized there was an unpleasant odor, so I contacted the company and asked that they send out a technician to see how un-clean the carpet was and if they could send a DIFFERENT technician than the one that came previously because he made me feel very uncomfortable. They gave me an appointment time of 9 to 11, at 10 I get a call and the person states that they can come at 1. I explained that time would not work for me as I am moving and will have movers in the house at that time. I call the office again and they set up an appointment for another day at 9AM exactly. The technician calls again and states that he is not going to be there until 9:30. He gets there at 10:00, and it is the SAME technician. He states when I open the door, "what is the problem?" At this point I feel very uncomfortable, as I am alone in my house with a man who is clearly agitated that I do not know (for the record I am a woman). I explain that the carpet is not clean, he says I'm not cleaning, call the office, and I respond with "why did you come?" He says I'll spray it with something, at this point he leaves I call the office, he comes back into my apartment starts spraying, he hears me talking, and then says "are you on the phone with the office?" I don't respond, he storms off and slams my door and leaves. I explain to the office that they were not supposed to send out the same technician, and I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. I asked to speak with the manager or owner, no one ever called me back!

I found this company on the internet and it was the best decision. I called this company on Wednesday morning because my pet yorkie vomited on the carpet in my den. As you can imagine, I was really kind of desperate to get this taken care of the same day. The lady who answered the phone at the Green Choice office was accommodating and patient and she understood how badly I needed someone to come out the same day. She scheduled an appointment for me later that morning. I was ecstatic!!!! This really helped me out because my carpet smelled something awful! The technician came within the time period I was told by the lady at their office. I felt that was a good sign that I was going to have a positive experience with them and I was right. He did a deep cleaning which completely removed the smell. And the price he charged was affordable. And the icing on the cake is that they don't use anything toxic so I feel that my dog and I are safe walking on the carpet. My dog has a tendency to get sick so it's good to know that I have a reliable company to call in the future.

Let me start out my review by saying that I have four kids and two dogs which is precisely why I needed carpet cleaning - LOL! Between work and raising a family I really delayed having the cleaning done. So you can just imagine how soiled everything was. I truly expected that when the cleaning technician from Green Choice arrived at my house that he would be in a state of shock at the condition of my home. But he was very nice and explained what would need to be done. And what was great about this guy was that he didn't pressure me in any way. He just told me in a matter-of-fact manner what he would need to do to remove all of the stains. And the price he offered me was extremely reasonable - a lot less than I expected to spend.



I also had a large rug which was dirty and in need of repair. The tech told me that he would bring the rug to their factory and he gave me a very reasonable price on that as well and he said that the company always offered free pick-up and delivery so there would be no extra charge for that.



The technician did a very nice job in my house and my rug was just delivered to my home today, as promised. I am really, really grateful because this rug was a wedding present from my parents and I was ready to throw it out because of its terrible condition. Green Choice has been a godsend and I thank them very much for a job very, very well done. Thanks Green Choice.

I have to say I am very, very pleased with my recent experience with Green Choice. This is the first time I have used them. I called Green Choice because my family has severe allergies and I read in their website that they don't use any chemicals. I was really happy about this because I had held off having my carpets and upholstery cleaned because I was afraid that my kids would have a reaction to the chemicals used to clean the carpets and furniture. Both of my kids have had major problems with chemical reactions and I've now switched to all green products to clean my kitchen, bathrooms, etc.



The carpet technician who came to my home was very courteous and nice and he answered all my question very patiently. And beieve me, I had a million and one things to ask him! I was really nervous because although I wanted him to do the work, I was afraid for my kids. He assured me that everything the company uses is all natural and not to worry. This helped to alleviate my concerns and I gave him the go-ahead to get started. He shampooed the carpets in the three bedrooms in my house, along with the living room and basement. He also steam cleaned my couch, armchair and shampooed my kids' mattresses. My kids are 7 and 8 years old so they've had quite a few accidents in their beds when they were younger but I didn't want to spend the money to buy new mattresses.



One thing I want to point out is that the technician was very honest. I thought my couch and armchair would need to be shampooed and not just steamed but he told me that it was not necessary. I really appreciated his honesty because he could have easily said that a shampoo was necessary and thus charged me more money.



The technician really took his time doing everything and he even checked over his work to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am so happy with the job he did. My carpets and furniture look amazing and my kids' beds are clean as a whistle. And the absolute best part is that there was no smell of chemicals and my kids are doing absolutely fine - they didn't have any adverse reactions to the cleaning. I will definitely use Green Choice in the future and I highly recommend them!
