this man Frank Ortiv owner and operator of US Enterprise Services LLC is a thief. He stole my checks and my bank cards while admitted in my house in good will for the purpose of getting an estimate for installing a granite counter top in my kitchen.During the time when he was pretending making measurement of my kitchen counter he stole two checks, and 2 of my bank cards which he later forged my signature on stolen checks for total of $2030 and cashed them.Although, Frank Ortiv(or Ortiz) has been disappeared eversince but currently under investigation by the Bell Isle Police department. Never do and contract with this guy. Once he will cash your check which you will learn will happen in less than an hour since you will write it he will stop answering his phone and will ignore your texts. He will never finish the job and you will hassle with canceling the check.

Now I know why they do not accept credit cards regardless of face that they state on their website that they do. Avoid this guy as much as you can. His name is Frank if he is telling at last the truth about his name. After running and investigating him through the bank he did what he promised but believe me after he finished my wife told me that she will redo the work with different contractor at any cost. And it is how we have remodeling running for months with stress and we pay twice. He can not do the measurements. He made some parts to short and some too long. We have big wholes in connections or to tall and too long in other parts.

Do not trust him!!!!

His name is Frank. Be carefull he will take your money and disappear. The workshop he will show you is not his one. After I told there that I will call the police he come and he promised to finish the job. However the granite we picked for bathroom was gone. We were forced to pick different one. He made wrong measurement and messed up our bathroom. After he finished he promised to correct some damage, finish the seams and connections and he never did. We called already inspector. It will cost $800 with other contractor to fix all unfinished and messed up job and $ 300 shortening too long countertop in the bathroom. He is not responding to phone calls and text. We will talk with attorney and meat in court. He will not answer your call and respond to any text once you give him a check. You will need to borrow different friends phone and then he answers immediately only until he learns that it is you and then he will stop responding.

See you in court Frank the worst and most dishonest contractor I ever worked with. Do not make the same mistake.

On 8/26/2013 we had US Enterprise Services (aka Granite Kitchen Cabinets), LLC come to our house to give a quote on getting our kitchen remodeled. They brought samples, had a trailer, web site, a book with pictures of jobs, wearing company t-shirts…everything. We put down $3,500 to start the job and the cabinets were to arrive by Sept. 15th. After the 15th, we called them and they answered only twice. Said that they would call on a specific day to schedule the teardown and buildout. Nothing. Time past, no call...we started calling, then calling and texting, then calling, texting and emailing. More time past, not one call back from these people. It's now almost two months since they've cashed my check, which was on 8/27/2013, and we've yet to be scheduled for our buildout. I have a copy of the cancelled check. It was cashed by Inez Rodriguez. I have the invoice/proposal that states everything that they were going to do for $7,000. We've been waiting to get this done so we can finally put our house on the market to be sold. They've put all of our plans on hold because of this. I had to borrow money from my parents against the sale of the house to get the kitchen done.



I sent an email from the email form on their web site and since then they have removed the ability to do so.



On Tuesday, October 8th, at 11:35 am, I received a text from them stating..."Sorry for the inconvenience, we are closed until tomorrow. Thank you, U.S. Enterprise". FOR WHAT?!



I called them again at 1:33 PM, October 14 2013 and at 1:34 PM, October 14 2013, received a text from them stating that they'd call in a few minutes. It's now 2:29 PM and no call…as usual. It's 2:34 PM sent a text....just received another back at 2:38 PM stating that "Almost done. I will call you." It's now 4:15 PM, October 14th and nothing...no call.



At 11:41am, on 10/16/2013, I text to (407) 429-1383, Inez Rodriguez: "Inez, you have till 5pm to day to have a refund at my house. I'm done with this."



DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, ALLOW THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME! THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!
