Golden Apple Cleaning

Very unprofessional. I bought a living-social deal for 2 hrs or house cleaning. I scheduled my service for Tuesday at 8:30 am. No one had shown up by 9 am and no one had called to let me know they would be late, so I called them. I got the voice mail. I left a message and the woman called back about 15 minutes later. She never apologized for being late or for not calling. She told me they were finishing up another appointment and they would be on the way in a few minutes. By 1030, I had called two more times and did not get an answer. My girlfriend had to call from her phone to finally talk with someone. After they gave her the run around, we rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon at 1 pm. I was called at 1:02 to say they were on the way. They arrived at 1:38 pm. No apologies were made for their tardiness. The service stated 2 hours of cleaning but it is actually one hour of service by two cleaners. The cleaning was exactly as stated, basic. I noticed that my rolls of paper towels were missing from each bathroom they cleaned. I was floored by extent of their unprofessionalism. I can not recommend this company.

To keep it short and simple. UNSATISFIED with this service. I was called on the original clean date and was asked to reschedule. On the day that was suggested to reschedule, the cleaner arrived 15 minutes late, Only one cleaner was sent to clean 4 bedroom home. I called the owner for another person. She stated she had no one. The cleaner did her best. The cleaning was acceptable ,but it wasn't the deep clean I was promised for the inconvenience of rescheduling. ( Due to the fact that they only sent one cleaner.) This was not a professional job, I was never asked about the size or condition of my home before they sent someone here. The owner used the word "Crew".My definition of crew is more than one person. I am NOT a happy customer. I would not recommend this company.

Apple was a very nice lady. But her services an employees are very lazy. They came to do what she called a "Deep Clean". But I only received half the service. As I proceeded to call Apple after they left, I received a very rude reply almost as if I were lieng. Im not saying don't get the service, I'm just saying be cautious of the service you may receive.

Omg my work schedule is hectic and I found this service on Living Social, Apples was really friendly and professional. She worked with my schedule and was very flexible! Her team came and organized and cleaned and I was ready for unexpected house guests! I am a lifetime customer!
