Glass Fast

if every company out there conducted business this way, the professional world would be a much better place. On time, friendly, and well educated. I'm glad my insurance company recommended these guys. I will use them again (hopefully not too soon).

I was on a time crunch. I had a flight leaving for my vacation the next evening. I was dropping off my car so my daughter could use it while I was away, when I heard a loud smack. A huge rock came up and hit my windshield and put a large split in it. I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my daughter drive it in this condition. As soon as I arrived at her house, I went online for glass companies. There were a lot to choose from, but I found only one company who would come to my house on a Saturday. The company is called, Glass Fast. Not only were they accomendating to my time demands, they handled everything through my insurance company. The owner actually came to my daughter's home (on a Saturday afternoon!!!!!) and replaced my windshield. He was on time, and extremely customer service oriented. His company put my mind at ease, and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. I would highly recommend this company to all. Did I mention I didn't have to pay a dime? They billed my car insurance comany!

I had a small crack in my windshield that quickly spread and was now in my line of sight. I called my insurance company, and they referred me to a company I knew lacked quality work. A friend of mine gave me the number to Glass Fast (she said her insurance company recommended them). She told me they did a great job and told me to give them a shot. I called one of their office locations, spoke to a live person (who was super friendly). After I gave her all my information (insurance, car info, and my info) she said they could have my glass replaced that afternoon if my schedule permitted. I was soooo surprised, who offers same day service? I had them come out the next day. The technician, Wes (I hope that was his name) was on time, professional, and did a amazing job. He even took the time to educate me on proper glass installation. He left my car cleaner than I had it to begin with. I will refer this company to anyone and everyone I know. I found out they are a family owned company too, which seems to give better customer service. From start to finish, Glass Fast did a great job. They get a A+++++ in my book
