        Rude

        I called for shipping prices, just like their website requires. The internet rep, Mark, answered the phone like I was an ant crawling on his lunch. When I stated the reason for my call, the sigh he emitted was at least 5 seconds long. And apparently they will ship your item, just not if it's a window. Just plain rude.

        WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

        Wonderful customer service. The people at General Supply are always willing to help with any issues I may be having. I especially appreciate being taken care of after hours. Emergencies come up all the time and they are there anytime day or night. Thanks Guys
