I give a 5-star endorsement of Gary. After my husband and I experienced a frightening carbon monoxide leak that required an entirely new gas pack, we were fortunate to be referred to Gary. Gary was so knowledgeable about the cause of our leak and the remedy for it. He acted as intermediary with our home warranty company and guided us through the process, making a difficult situation so much better. He secured a new unit promptly, met me at my office to sign paperwork at my request, and saw to it that we had safe heat once again. Gary stayed in touch throughout the various inspections and made sure that I was aware of all warranty options. He is trustworthy and very easy to work with. I plan to hire him without hesitation for additional work on another unit very soon. Thanks, Gary!

Terrible service, no professionalism. Stay away from this person by all means. Seems like all he cares about is the money, no customer service at all.

Terrible service ethics. Mr.Know it all.left my family without air conditioner over 2 weeks in a great heat wave. Without any sympathy for our problem.No Window unit ac was offered to help out does not answer or call backs. Just a terrible individual.He is a financial predator. His word is worth nothing.

Warranty not worth the paper its written on. Given that Mr. Mascho did find a way to help us by finding a used unit at a reduced price, he failed to honor the warranty HE wrote on on the bill for services. Whats a warranty worth if its not honored. Had to change out a gas valve and he whined all the way. He was made aware of the unit possibly not cooling two months ago and when notified WITHIN the warranty period, he said he would not do any work unless we paid him for his labor. The unit is still under his stated warranty period as of this review. Do not do business with this gentleman. He is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Gary and his assistant were very courteous. They were on time, easily accessible, and patient with my questions. Our house was bought as a foreclosure. The previous owners had tried to fix the gas unit themselves. Our warranty did not cover the repairs because of this fact. Their "fiddling" could have had deadly consequences. Gary saw this and was immediately concerned about our family's safety. He looked at our unit and declared that we needed some major overhaul. He gave us an estimate and when there was an additional problem with our unit, he corrected it quickly and didn't even charge us for the additional labor! He's a great guy and I highly recommend you use his service if you have a heating/air problem.
