Father, who started the company gave us a quote for sod and the date it would be installed in May of 2007. The son, who seems to be running things now came over after a few calls and said he would honor his father's word, but they did a shoddy job. The sod never took root and when spring finally came around in 2008 the sod is all but dead. I could pull it up with my hands.

There is a one year warrany on the sod, but when I called to have Jimenez come to look at it, Jose, the younger kept saying he or someone would be here. After 6 calls, I haven't seen a sole from this company. Day after day I waited, as if I had nothing else to do. The warranty runs out in 24 days and no sign of Jimenez. A neighbor asked the son for an estimate on landscaping and made an appoinment----he never showed up or called there either. Not a man of his word.

I do not mean the father, I mean the son.
