Freeney Concrete

I would not recommend Mr. Freeney. I am doing a total rehab on a small 2 bedroom house and expanding my living room into the carport then laying a floating wood floor. I had him pour and level an 8" 10'x20' pad to match my living room floor. While doing the job Larry was courteous and everything was fine. His price was competitive. The finished job ended up being like a 3 inch wave that was between a half inch and 3" too high. when I called Larry back we arranged for him to meet with me and look at the floor. He immediately started making excuses then agreed to meet on sat. and grind it down. I even agreed to pay for the equipment rental. He came and worked for about 20 mins. and asked if that was fine. I told him that he hadn't even begun to fix the problem. He argued more and said he needed to get a scarifier to fix it. He pulled out of my yard spinning tires and almost hit my truck. I followed him to the rental co. and told him not to come back. It cost me double to fix it. Beware!!
