I hate throwing anything away especially when the thing was working perfectly for me.
My 42 inch LG Plasma had power but didn’t want to turn on. The TV kept turning on and then right off. I couldn’t stand it anymore. It was either a new TV or see if there was a TV Technician that could solve my problem at a reasonable price.

I called frank based on a good review online. He was straight forward with me on the phone and said there would be a charge to come and determine the appropriate fix. If he could do the fix, the fee would be applied toward the parts and labor. With that kind of honesty I felt comfortable laying some cash on the line. A small assessment fee saved me big time compared to just buying a new TV.

Frank came over the same day, assessed the problem, made the fix and was gone in less than 2 hours. I paid in cash and he provided a receipt and 6 month warranty.

Frank was a personable fellow who told me stories about serving in the Marine Corps and the Navy. He has been everywhere. I highly recommend Frank, and felt completely comfortable with him in my home with wife and newborn.

My flat screen TV went out and calling a few repair shops all they wanted was a diagnostic fee before they even would talk to me about my TV. I found Franks and gave him a try. When I called he was very friendly and asked questions about my problem. I gave all the information off my TV and what it was doing. We made a appointment to have him look at it and said goodbye. About 30 minutes later Frank called me back and said he had done some research on my TV and its problem and told me it wouldn't be cost effective to fix it. WOW what honesty. He told me he wouldn't feel right coming out and charging for a service call and then not fix my TV. To come across such a honest business man is rare. I would recommend him to all.

Very professional, friendy, and honest. Made quick convenient arrangements to come investigate the problem, was able to diagnose quickly, took a $50 house call payment which as promised he deducted that from the labor/part repair bill. Ordered the part in, and as soon as it came he made quick convenient arrangements. Installed part, even took time to show me the part that went bad and explained how it happened. Great overall service. Also included a 6 month warranty on part and service. Thank you, we very much are enjoying our Television again!!!
