Forever Clean Air Duct Cleaning

Brian Nalley owes me $4,945 for false statements. He was suppose to removal carpet and install new carpet. He took the money in installments and never came back to do the work. Lawsuit is being filed and I will purse him until all money is returned to me. If you see him in your neighborhood call the police and have him arrested and thrown in jail for fraud, thief and a liar.

Don't trust this company with your credit card information. Our total was $529 and Brian charge our credit card for $1529 please beware still trying to get our money after a month. On going....

DO NOT USE!!!! We paid $1271 for duct cleaning & every 6 months we'd get a free duct cleaning. I have called 11 times & have set up 2 appointments in the last month. The owner Brian Nalley has missed both appointments & avoided most of my calls until I started using other phones.



What a ridiculous waste of time & money.

My story is identical to yours, except it was Mr. Brian Nalley, himself, that stated that they would come out each year to clean and treat for free. He quoted my wife and I $1150.00. He also charged us a $200 diagnostic charge without providing any services. He immediately left our home and went directly to the bank to cash our check. Upon further research, I came across his website (2 of them to be exact) and notice that he has multiple packages listed that contain everything he quoted for much less than the $1150. It's strange that he fail to mention those or even offer one of those packages. Needless to say, I will be contacting my attorney in the morning.

I contacted this company to clean my air duct system because my A/C wasn't cooling. In the coupon clip that i had it said $69 for cleaning. After the technician came to my 2 bedroom apartment, he claimed that my place had mold and gave me an inflated price of over $1000. Then the technician said that the system will cool after cleaning it and that they will come every year to clean the system. for free. first of all , when the weather got warmer, the system didn't cool. When i contacted Brian Nalley, the owner, he said that the technician made a false statement and it is the technicians responsibility, who happened not to work at the company anymore. Mr. Nalley also mentioned that i have to purchase sealant for a cost of over $300 every time for the so called free yearly cleaning. I am still trying to solve this matter with the company since August and it is mid November, since the owner has been ignoring me for quite some time.
