Overall
As the world turns, service started getting bad!

I have rentals in the Michigan area, while FMD did do a good job at first, once FMD got paid, and as time went on...they progressively got sloppy. I think they are more concerned with taking care of their long time customers then newer clients. In fact, I was told to get in line by Frank when my renters were complaining to me about lawn not being cut in three weeks. After several months of other complaints, I had no choice to come back in town to take care of my properties. Thankfully, I did get everything under control and back to normal in a short peroid of time.

I believe he does take care of his biggest accounts, me personally, I believe in taking care of all your clients, laborers, tenants, doesnt matter how big or small they are.

Im my opinion, I believe that FMD stands for Full Mass Destruction of personal assets, property and good tenants and character.

Overall
Not delivered as promised.

While they did quickly find tenants and collect rent each month, the moment they found out we wanted to sell the property, they stopped working for us entirely.

While the contract states they will be the selling agent if you decide to sell, they wholly ignored all phone calls asking to get it on the market. Not wanting to lose a client, FMD never informed the family in the house that we got a different agent to sell the property. The tenants didn't find out that the house was going on the market until my new realtor showed up.

After that point, they decided to let the tenant live for the last month on their security deposit. They called once to tell us this, but figured that a voicemail would suffice. We found out via the $0 check that would normally be $1,000.

You know the rest of the story; the house got trashed and I'm left with a multiple thousand dollar bill to get it back into selling condition.
