Floyd's Towing

I was broken down in next-door Dupo, IL, but I wasn't... it was an ignition security feature that did now allow my car to start. About the time the driver showed up, the feature'd "timed out" & the car started. I explained to the driver I no longer needed the tow... Could NOT have been NICER! He patted my shoulder & said, "Ok, anytime you need a tow you call us!". Now THAT leaves a positive impression. I took my car up (under its own power!) & where the GM dealership I'd called gave me the "We have no idea, you gotta bring it in...", these guys told me the likely source of the problem, did a quick check, told me to stop hanging 9lb of keys off the ignit. key & I was fine. SUPREB.

I broke down in Sauget Ill today 5-6-16. I called Floyds towing and I was shocked and totally pleased with how fast the tow truck driver called me back! I was loaded and home in no time, The driver was friendly and polite and the service was way above average. I strongly recommend this business for all of your towing needs. DO NOT GO THERE> Mechanic is horrible and made car worse than before then tried to say it wasn't him that did it. Mr.Floyd made things right but will never return
