When they insured my house they asked for an inspection. They received an inspection and were told the house was built in 63. Two months later they sent out another inspector who arrived while my house was in the midst of being painted. They are cancelling my insurance for age (yeah, it is two months older than it was when they took my money) condition, and it hasn't been maintained ( I guess the paint cans detracted from the condition and as it was being primed when they got here they had no proof we intended to finish the job)
I went with them because they were cheap. Now I need to come up with more money to get a policy with an actual insurance company.
