Express Towing

Thieves & Liars! Express Towing co. is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Leaving out alot of details, short story... My car was impounded. My son was in Harborview fighting for his life for 10 days.I paid $1249.00 to get car. My son had almost everything he owned in the car. The receptionist (DeeDee) lied to me several times a week for over 60 days to cover up what they had done. After many calls to her & manager (Theo Thomas), I threatened to call authorities if owner (Aaron Nelson) didn't contact me. Less than an hour later receptionist (DeeDee) called me & said owner was reimbursing me for 'everything' which also was a lie. I finally found the owner (Aaron Nelson) by driving there myself (i live in skagit co.) & catching him outside. He told me this was the first he's heard about theft & that his employees had embezzled from the company & he said he fired them both, but didn't. I'm still waiting for Aaron Nelson to resolve this matter. Honestly Unbelievable!!!

They double charged me and I still haven't got my money back.
