Express Airport Shuttle & Local Transportation

Service provided was fine, but cannot recommend using this service. Used a credit card to pay for a one way trip home from the airport, quoted at $70. Few days later, shocked to see the charge on my card for $770. Assumed it was a typo, so I called right away to have it corrected. That is where the problems started. In spite of being promised several times that it would be taken care of, several weeks later the issue still has not been resolved. Multiple calls to the office have not been returned, in spite of promises to call before the end of the day. Website is not working, so I cannot contact them through the web and limited business hours, so has magnified the difficulty in contacting anyone in the office. Each time I do get through, I am given a different name of someone I need to talk to, and of course that person is not in the office, but will call me back before the end of the day. Has not happened yet. The only time I have talked to them is when I have initiated the call.
