Absolutely worst company ever. We made an account in August when we first moved to the area. Cancelled after one week, because they did not pick up trash. Have been fighting billing ever since. Credit card has handled the disputes, but they still refuse to cancel our account. Robin who answers the phone is very rude and hung up on me. I wish I could rate with negative stars.

Again not picking up the trash two weeks worth. watched them drive by,but that's okay this time I will be leaving this load of trash on their front porch free delivery from me sorry I'm running low on trash bags so those wont be included.

I pay for twice a week pickup. I'm lucky if I get pickup once. It actually averages 3 times a month. They just say sorry IF they answer the phone. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but they didn't acknowledge them either. There's got to be something better!

Well, looks like they are at it again; not picking up trash on the scheduled days; they never answer their phone; and you can't leave a voice message because their voice mail is ALWAYS full.Ugh! I need to start my own trash service I could do much better than this with my pick up truck. Ugh!

Horrible!!! They NEVER answer the phone. Started our service three months ago and they have picked up 3 times.

Envirowaste seems a bit out of business. My service has stopped and my trash is piling up. There is nobody answering the phones and I still have 2 weeks of smelling garbage piling up. I am switching to WCA for service. At least they are on time. This is the worse service I have ever experienced with any in all my years.
