I made it clear upfront I was concerned with sulfides in the water. I was told results will take 2 days. After not receiving the results four days later I called multiple times and was unable to leave a message. Finally I spoke to Randy and he was very unprofessional and was told we didn't even get the right test. That hydrogen sulfur gas is more concerning than the sulfides in the water. This is a whole different test that cost $200 and that we should have tested for copper leaching into the water since the plumbing is older. Then informs me we will not have our water results for 3 more days.I called a professional that I assumed would be familiar with the area or at least research the water concerns from the county and educate me on what I need to look for. None of this happened. One of the most frustrating experiences. Spent $450 on an inspection that didn't even answer my main concerns. My home inspector was more informative about the water issues. Find someone else!
