We are qualified vendors for the State of Arizona, DES/DDD group home providers.We provide home and community protection base services, for high-risk SMI consumers. Ecclisia Behavioral Health is a Level 3 and Level 4 residential facility that provides Habilitation services & transportation.EHBH excepts Clients through referrals from the private insurance sector (RHBAs) DDD and private pay. Our Residents/Consumers live in a, supervised, safe and least restricted environment. Our homes are new construction or newly remodeled facilities. They are nicely furnished and kept very clean.
