I took my 2013 car and told the girl in the front that I wanted synthetic oil change I even told her the one that cost $69.00 this girl ends up putting the 30 something one and messed up my car it now smells like smoke and smoke comes out of the hood..I took it back and they said I had told them something else I can repeat c everything I told that girl that day word by word...I will go tomorrow and complain again and if I have to iam calling the owner or someone bigger the the dame manager

Well if you enjoy getting there to get an oil change and then see their friends come in after you needing the same thing and getting serviced before you...then by all means this is the business for you. Three people today came in after me, talked to the owner, and got their oil changed first. Plus the sad thing is my car is standard and they couldn't even drive it into the bay. You work on cars and can't even drive a stick shift?!

I took my 2008 dodge charger for an oil change. When it came to doing the next oil change I found they had put some type of sealant on my oil nut. I had to replace the whole oil nut. I made them aware of this and the manager Katie Culpepper said they don't carry that type of sealant there. I felt as though she was calling me a liar. I know what I found under my car. I took my 300 S there again for another job to be done. They put amsoil in my car telling me it had a 10,000 mile oil life. Well my car made it to 8500 miles and needed an oil change. I asked them why it needed to be replaced and she tells me well you asked for us to print your sticker at 10,000 mile oil life. Now why would I suggest that if it's not meant to last that long. She had the never to tell me I remember you from last time complaining about your last car. You said you wouldn't bring your car back and here you are again. I was furious. She threatened to call the cops on my cause I didn't want to leave without getting the number to the owner. She is ridiculously rude. I think they need new management

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS BUSINESS! THEY ALSO DO FLEET WORK IN THE EAGLE FORD AREA. STAY AWAY!!!

August 3, 2013 - We took our 2005 Toyota Camry for the routine Oil Change and some young kid came and told us that 1 one the bolts just spins. Then proceeds to tell us that there were notes on our Vehicle and it stated the loose bolt. This is the 3rd time we have taken it there and no one has ever mentioned this bolt. They have been warned that we are contacting our Attorney and if anything happens to this Vehicle they will be responsible any and all damages!
