I needed some warranty work done on a SpeedQueen washer and called them. The technician came out and looked at the machine and discovered issues I did not recognize. He then took down all the information and ordered the parts.

Today, they returned and within an hour, the work was done and I am completely satisfied. They were efficient and professional and the work area was as clean as a whistle.

To me, that level of service is what SpeedQueen is all about. I know they are not part of the company, per se, but they serve as great representatives of the brand.

I'll call them again for any repairs I may need in the future.

Very friendly repairman. Called me the morning of appt with my 2 hour window as the said they would. Showed up on time and had the water valve for my washer in stock on the truck. Got my washer fixed same day people!! Amazing!

I have been dealing with these jokers for 2 months now. Twice I have been told someone will call with a time. I got no call. I called in to find out what was going on and the lady tells me she can't get ahold of him. I have paid for a motor that was replaced but was either a bad part or not the problem at all. They can't get it together. Would have given zero stars but it won't let me post without.

There may be another report later but so far I am not the least bit impressed. I talked with them on Monday and the earliest they could get out was Thursday. They told me the repairman would call me between 7:30-8:30 with a 2 hour window. I called them at 8:45 to find out why no one had called. Left a message. Called back at 9:15 and got receptionist. Told me the repairman called ( wrong number ) and was told nothing was wrong with the refrigerator where he called. So now the receptionist tells me I have to sit here all day and wait for the repairman to call and tell me he's on the way. He has to try and force me back in somewhere. I hope there repair ability is better than what I have seen so far.. If it wasn't for them being the company my warranty has to use I would have already cancelled. Its no fun having to live out of coolers with ice.

My 2 year old Whirlpool Dryer stopped heating after just over 2 years of use. I had the extended service plan on it, so called the company which connected me to Duvall's. I was given 2 dates of service and was told that I would be called between 7:30 and 9 a.m. with a time at least 2 hours before the repairman would arrive. He came, checked two fuses and found that the heating element had burned out and replaced it. He put everything back and was very helpful in showing me what he was doing and telling me why this problem may have happened. This is a common enough repair that he had the part with him.



Before the appointment was made, the woman who called ran me through the other things that may have caused this problem: clogged dryer hose, thrown circuit breaker, etc. so that was all checked out before the service man came.



I am very pleased with the service.

Too many trips

After 3 trips / 2.5 months, the dishwasher still did not work.

First time looked at dishwasher / order some parts.

Second trip install parts / order more parts ~ dishwasher still not working

Third trip install parts / order more parts ~ dishwasher still not working

Four trip would have been to install more parts but we gave up on them fixig the dishwasher and bought a new one after all it had taken them over 2 months to get to the fourth trip. Not once with the ordering of parts did they call us and say the parts will cost X, do you want us to order them? In total the price of the parts would have paid for a new dishwasher.

Our service was sceduled for 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, when 4:00 rolled around I called and was told my service guy was stuck in traffic on the Northside of town but would be there shortly. I live on the southwest side of town. Another guy showed up did the service, which was quick, dryer working great. He had to hand write me a receipt on my own paper for the service.



Almost a week later payment hadn't posted called, my second call in regards to the payment not being ran through, was informed that they only run payments once a week due to charges they are charged. Payment went through that afternoon, NOT ONCE, but TWICE!



Dryer is working great, but next time it will be cash!
