FAKE!

SO i've called this business five different times on five different days, morning, afternoon and late evening. Still get put on hold for like 15mins and then i gotta leave a message, left a message ALL FIVE TIMES and never got once a call back. The number thats left in the business response is BS too. Its just a info number. NO LIVE PERSON WHAT SO EVER. lol call center problems? and like in one business response it says "several representatives you may have spoken with may be newer and aren't always taking calls "wth? What kind of smart business is that? To me this business is just fake and seriously, 9.99% fixed apr? like momma always says, if it seems too good to be true, it likely is.

I would prefer a contact back soon, this loan that Shawn (Sean?) had approved for me was ment to help me pay off some other loans, including a traditional PayDay loan. I want to be rid of this additional loans and concentrate it into one single payment per the agreement and verbal approval I was given on the 5th of November.

Saved My Thanksgiving Day!

I had some unexpected bills come up, and thought that I would be unable to visit my family for Thanksgiving. I tried a couple other loan companies advertised here, and they either just sent my information around the internet to other companies, or didn't offer enough money. I applied through Axxess Financial and was approved for $1000.00 online and had the cash next day. No problem at all. Their rates where also ver reasonable compared to some others I noticed. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Axxess Financial for making this holiday happen for me. I totally recommend this company whenever you need csh in a flash.

Patricia, If I may take a moment of your time please. Let me explain my experience and story with your company so that, perhaps, airing my disappointment with you publically might push forward the completion of my loan application I had started, and gotten approved for*, on November 5th 2009. With the exception of the impossibility of reaching a person, the extended wait times that exceeded my phones available air times (and sometimes battery life!), and the inability of your company representatives in ever returning a single call…Well, I had no other outstanding issue of discontent to report. Here’s my story: I had originally made contact with this company regarding an installment loan as advertised on their ad's as 'the payday loan alternative!.' It seemed like a rather enticing compromise for those of us, such as myself, who find themselves looking to access additional funds to close down alternative non-traditional lines of credit. I did make contact, established a business relationship with a rep and was approved for a $2000.00 dollar installment loan that would have helped me close down some additional lines of credit and consiladate into a single monthly payment to your business. Sadly this was not the case. Despite speaking to a representatives who assured me a simple faxing of documents would complete the loan and fund it the following business day, given it was completed before 5:00 pm (not sure which zone). Having done the faxing, and after roughly 11 to 15 hours (I had a 600 minute prepaid phone I used while traveling that was utterly exhausted simply attempting to make contact) of fruitless attempts I have not so far been successful. The representatives I have spoken too: ‘Shawn’ ‘Heather’ ‘Hydia’ (am likely misspelling this name). I have called roughly 140 times. I have left perhaps 30 Voice Mails. I have spoken to these three rep’s (Shawn only twice, as he is never there it seems) at least 25 times. I have waited on the phone combined over 12 hours. I have waited on 7 calls over 60 minutes apiece. I have sent 6 emails. I have sent 5 faxes. Still have made zero progress and have had no return response, not by email, phone, mail, nor fax. Numbers of importance: 140 calls (roughly), 30 + Voice mails, 25 + conversations with Heather and Hydie, 12 hours (at the very least) wasted on useless and fruitless phone calls, 5 Faxes, 6 emails (all unanswered). To make matters even worse now your phone lines are NOT working. Is there any way you might suggest in somehow, mariculousily, of completeing this loan? I am sorry to be so annoyed but my efforts at contact have utterly exhausted all mental barriers of sanity. Please respond. Please! I am begging you to bring closure to this issue. I was approved by a representative named Shawn (Sean?) on the 5th of November this year. We spoke at 6:05pm that Thursday, and my phone died on us as we were closing in at the end of our call. He was very nice, polite, and did the job well, and have no issue with the initial contact. I just am unable to reach anyone there. Please, please help. Thank you. Isaac Gonzalez

The customer service number on this advert was not expected to have such large call volume. AXXESS Financial is working with the advertiser to update the number to one which may support larger call volume. During this time please contact 267-415-1119 which is a platinum support number. AXXESS Financial has also been experiancing rapid growth increasing wait times. The call center has been training newer representatives to handle the additional call volume. It seems the several representatives you may have spoken with may be newer and aren't always taking calls or understand all the credit policies yet. This is all part of the training process. Don't Waste Your Time

This website just redirects you to another lender after a VERY LENGTHY application. Then the real lender had more items to fill out. Then after all that (at least 30 minutes), they were charging twice as much as other physical locations in my area. I'm sure I will get put on a million marketing lists though.
