Mark and Doug from Downriver Plumbing and Drains did such a great job diagnosing and replacing the hot water heater in our rental unit. They responded quickly, worked efficiently and showed up at the time they quoted. They also respected my time as I had appointments to be at and errands to run and they really worked with me. Highly recommend Downriver Plumbing and Drains!!

I am so excited to be writing this for mark the owner of the real downriver plumbing. I have snaked my drain out twice by myself and finally called allstar plumbing. All they wanted to do was charge me money and tear up my back yard, well i found a sign of marks in one of my neighbors yards and i called the next day he came and ten ninutes later i seen no water... he got it open when no one else could and the best part is his prices. Anyone i know with this problem he will be my number one recommendation. Thank you again mark -the owens-

I can only applaud great workmanship and excellent customer service...Mark and his crew are extremely busy, but not to busy to treat all customers as important clients no matter what the job. His communication skills are paramount and he never misses a beat while explaining your situation and fixing the problem!. Great customer focus and great results. I recommend this company to anyone...they are at the top of their craft when it comes to honesty, work ethics, and professionalism!

these guys are the best!!!! started out with a flooded basement. Called everywhere else for three days, got no one. These guys were here in 15 in. Come to find out it was sewer drain rehaul. Mark the owner talked us through everything and did exactly what he said he would do. If we had a question he would answer his phone everytime or call back within a couple of min. The guys came out and worked like dogs all day to dig out my back yard and replace everything in 20 degree weather, then came back the next day to run a camera through one more time to make sure everything was right inside and out. i would never ever call another plumber. quality work and worth every single penny!!!!

I'm so glad I called these guys to come out for a second opinion! They came recommended by our city sewer department. The master plumber was informative, explained everything, and did a very thorough job. He basically did what we paid the first guy to do, but did it the right way. He also confirmed our suspicions that the first plumber was incorrect in telling us that we had a collapsed house trap that needed repaired. We saved a lot of money, and our basement floor. I also must say, they left my basement and floors cleaner than they were before they got there! I will NEVER called them second again.
