Domino's Body Shop

I am a reputable business owner and the Camden De. area. I have been dealing with Domino auto body for approximately 12 to 13 years Frank Domino junior has went out on medical leave and the way that the business is run now by the shop manager unacceptable. They have discriminated against me and and other patron that I have inquired about. I went to Domino asked could he come out to my house to inspect my vehicle because I live 3 minutes from the place he came I paid him to come he said give me a call in approximately 7 to 10 days after giving him a call he ignored my phone call when I left my name and number at the reception area I called back approximately 3 days later to give him enough time to clear schedule he never returned my phone call again I ask the reception what was the problem and she said she's been giving him the messages and I will give it to him again. When I finally got in touch with him at this point Now is 3 weeks is the scheduled appointment had the audacity to tell me it's going to be another week and a half to two weeks and if I want to take it to somebody else feel free. I explained to him that I might want to contact Frank Domino the owner and he told me he doesn't give a f*** about Frank he runs this unbelievable. I called Allison auto body told me to bring my truck in and fixed my truck within 3 days that's the type of service you want I will boycott Domino Autobody everyone I know that has had their service will never go to them again I have a excellent customer base indicate County area and I will be passing along the message
