Diversified Property Management and Investment

I got with the property managment company Nov 2011. Paid the start up fee and then got a tenant in the home. Kept asking for them to send me copies of the rental contract for taxing and leagal purposes and never did 4 months down the road. The first month I had them running the errans house needed and so with the tenants first months rent I paid to managment company. then I got second months rent wich went to pay off the taxes dues on the house and loan to fix up house. The tenant failed to put the utilities in her name and lied to DTE energy saying she had an agreement with owner me not to turn off electricity. So I ended up with $581 bill paying. Told managment company to ask renter to pay $25-$50 on top of rent for bill did not transfer and lied to utility company. Diversified Property managment failed to ask tenant arguing with me that tenant could not pay off bat over phone as if they werent a managment company. Diversified said tenant was not going to pay the thirds month rent due to pluming issues and asked them to take pictures or video of draining issue to have it fixed since I live out of state they never did. I asked them to start eviction they refused to carry out action as I told David and Niki owner of buisness that I was not running a non profit organization and couldnt get a hold of them for two weeks. So I switched property management companies to Inner City Property Managment and spoke with their real estate lawyers about issues Ive been having with them.
