We have been in ch 13 for a year and a half. Our payment has sky rocketed to almost 1000 a month with no real explaination other than they are carrying insurance on our car(which we can't afford because of the bankruptsy payment). and our income is 24000 per year. After health insurance and bankruptsy payment we bring home $162 ever 2 weeks. Note, I can't work due to my son having autism and we have therapy 3 times a week. I do however clean houses and do anything I can to make extra money. We are about to lose our home and we have no where to go. They refuse to lower our payment and refuse to convert to ch 7. When I called to ask about the ch 7 conversion I was told our case will never be able to convert but we are almost 8 years out from the time we filed our ch 7 years ago. And everything I have read says you can convert after 8 years.... she just kept telling me it just can't happen with no real reason. These people do not care about you! Do not use them! They have made things worse not better. I hope we have a roof over our head next week.

I am in bankruptcy and I had totak loss in January and everytime I call bankruptcy they tells mecits my attorney's fault its all in their hands well I need my money to get me a car 7 mos. Without a ride! I have been told its the lawyers that the hold up.
