The previous owner of our house recommended Dave 6 years ago and we haven't used anyone else since. He shows up on TIME, with all the stuff he needs to complete the job in his truck. 2015 rate is $94/hr. He writes out a detailed receipt and goes over everything he did so you understand. We just used Dave to install a new toilet we bought at Home Depot. Took 1.5 hrs. We've also had him repair one faucet and install another we bought elsewhere. One time, our heat went out on a cold day. He made us his #1 priority.



We are completely satisfied with Dave's performance and wouldn't use anyone else. For the record: We have no relationship with him other than as a satisfied customer for 6 years. He did not offer us any discount for leaving him a positive review.



We have him light and test our radiant heat every Fall, and we use him for odd jobs the rest of the year. He does get very busy in October and May servicing heating and cooling units for existing customers, so schedule in advance those months.



However, if you are ever in a situation where you are without heat or water, he elevates you to his #1 priority of the day. Use him with CONFIDENCE.
