        Disappointing

        We called Steve out to look at a freezer that went bad. He saw the freezer and determined the compressor was bad. He said he could fix it for $500 (probably assuming we would opt for a new appliance) Instead, we gave the OK to fix it. But then he started hesitating and seemed to want to recant. This was very telling! Does he even have the skills to repair appliances, or does he just charge his service fees to give lame diagnoses. We'll never know because we'll never call him again.
