Dan came out for a service call from American Home Shield on our dryer. He was very prompt, quick with the repair and even pointed out some additional issues to my wife that would need to be addressed from a safety factor.
I am very pleased with the service. The technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. Definitely refer my friends to this comany!
I also have a home warranty and I found that Dan Allan Appliance performed my repairs in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend this company.
P.s. I read Sam A's review and I just want to note, that the home warranty company dictates to the repair man whether to proceed with repair, they also set the price due for the service call (your deductible). The deductible is due regardless of whether repair was done or not.

The representative that Dan Allan appliance sent out is not reputable. He represented American Home Shield to diagnose my faulty dishwasher. He came out and saw a rust stain and submitted to the warranty company that the tub was rusted out and the door was rusted out. The dishwasher does not leak. There was soap scum build up around the float which was not letting water in. The dishwasher is working again. He did nothing and charged $75.00 for no diagnosis. I would never do business with him.
