My dog has been with me for 13 years and is my best friend and only child. Her health had been deteriorating and she was having seizures. I had been treating her at my vet but was feeling it was time to put her down. I chose to go with at home euthanasia because my dear friend that is a vet in Atlanta said it was the best way. Well of course I made the call and was able to be scheduled quickly for the next day and she started to feel and act better. I had a friend with me to be sure I wasn't alone and he asked are you sure? When DrLanders arrived, I knew it wasn't time. I looked at him with tears in my eyes and said I just don't know what to do. He calmly evaluated the situation and agreed that yes her quality of life was still there and we could put her down at a later time and possibly adjust her meds to provide her more comfort. He spent so much time with us discussing her health and outcomes I even asked him, "don't you have to go?" He replied, "I make sure I block extra time for this." What an amazing vet!! He also wanted to work with me knowing my financial resources were dwindling and sought ways to help me save. She has been feeling better and I am hopeful her quality of life will continue for some time. Thank you doc!

Dr. Landers was very compassionate when he came out to euthanize Duke. He didn't rush us and explained all of the options and what might go wrong. There was no need as everything went very smooth. We are so thankful Duke could pass peacefully in the comfort of his own home.

Everyone was so kind to us in our time of need. The receptionist Caroline was empathetic and helped to find the best time to put our dog down. Dr. Landers spent all the time we needed and was very compassionate. I don't know what I would have done if I had to take my Harold in to a clinic to be euthanized. This was a godsend.

I found Dr. Landers to be very informative, compassionate and patient. I was able to say goodbye to my sweet Beau in my own time without having to cart him out of our home, which was always a stressful experience for both of us. Dr. Landers never once rushed the process, he explained to me completely what I could expect, gave me time to absorb it and waited until I was ready (and it did take me some time to get ready to move forward). I felt that I was dealing with someone with a compassion for animals as well as the pet owner and while it was still an emotional and sad occasion for me, I felt very much at ease in Dr. Landers presence and he truly did give me peace of mind during a very difficult time.
