Thank you, CWS SERVICES! Brian is my newest Superhero! He not only repaired my AC but, also, found the warranty for the needed part for me! Those of you that know me well know that I just don't "do" hot! I am a very pleased customer and a very happy camper!

CWS impressed me and I am happy to reccomend a family owned local business. They live and work here everyday and they care about the quality of their work. As a home owner I would have no hesitations hiring them to do any HVAC or Electrical job and will refer them to anyone in Bell County.

When my A/C blower motor went out over Labor Day weekend, Tim at CWS was instrumental in helping me get a new motor installed; he even helped me with the warranty process! CWS service representatives were friendly and punctual and got the motor swapped out in less than an hour. Service was the highest quality at a fair and reasonable price. My hat is off to these guys, will definitely use them again, and have no problem recommending them to others!

Had a problem with my heater and TY and Nate arrived on time and fast. They quickly located the problem and not only fixed it, but educated me on different components of the older system I have. My old a/c unit went kapoot. I called CWS and requested for someone to let me know my options. Fixing it, replacing etc. My husband and I decided to replace it with a new one since it was nearly 20 years old. My new a/c is wonderful, keeps it cool, and cut my energy bill about 30%. Wow. Needed a couple of ceiling fans replaced too. CWS was able to do it all quickly and professionally. So worth the money. I'm a happy customer indeed and will continue to use and recommend CWS.

Best service I have received since I have arrived in Killeen! They were professional and cost effective. They didn't charge me for stuff I didn't need and provided me with some preventive measures to keep the A/C unit going a little longer. BEST VALUE IN KILLEEN!!!

Over the weekend my AC for both upstairs and downstairs went out a friend at work gave me the number for CWS and said I would not be dissapointed boy was she right Mr. Barry and Mr. Willie came out gave me options and a solution and resolved my AC troubles. It's nice to know we still have business out there with pride and integrity. I will always recommend CWS to anyone no doubt. Excellent service was provided for my family.

My heater wasnt working and CK from CWS repaired it for $85, I had another AC company out the day before and was told my heater was not fixable and that I needed a new one for $4500. I recommend CWS to everyone!

I came home today from vacation and my a/c was blowing hot air. I was worried for my 6 month old baby specially being a Saturday. I called CWS and despite being a Saturday at 3pm Willie came home, i didnt even mention I had a baby in the house and yet, he still came. Willie spent 1.5 hours outside in this 102 degree weather and made sure the unit was fixed before he left. Cws truly cares.... Thank you!!!!!

A great group of professionals. Installed a great heating and Air Conditioning system at a priced will below what others had offered and did it in a very timely and professional manner. These are great folks that are extremely experienced. They were very careful and cleaned up behind themselves so a great job totally. Our new system has reduced our energy bill significantly and we wish we had done it a long time ago but it took us a while to find the right company and that is CWS. Also these folks do a great deal of work in support of our community so that is a big plus to. You will not go wrong if you are thinking of changing your system to call CWS. We highly recommend them.

Super helpful and will go out of thier way to help to you. My tech stayed until 9:30PM on a friday night. He tried to get my A/C up and running because I have 4 dogs. I needed a new system and they installed it Monday morning. I highly recommend them! I will never use anyone other than CWS ever again,

FANTASTIC WORK!!! I called them on a Monday morning after calling 3 other companies that'd given me time slots of around lunchtime to try & get a faster service call because my AC was only blowing outside temperature air & my compressor & fan on the outside unit didnt appear to be kicking in. I have a 9wk old baby girl & my husband is currently deployed. I explained the direness of my situation & they were here within an hour of my call & had the job completed in around 30 minutes! They charged me only $65, giving me a $10 military discount off of the $75 service call. The only thing that needed replacing were thermostat wires, which I basically got free, as well as the labor to install them!!!
