I contacted this company for help with my plumbing nightmare. They were very reliable and completed the job in a timely manner for a great price. I would have no problems recommending them to my friends.
I got up this morning to take a shower and didn't have any hot water. I went out to my garage and found my water heater leaking all over the place. I got on-line and started to call plumbers. No one would give me a price over the phone or even an idea of how much it would cost to replace my water heater. Most companies even wanted to charge me to just come and look at it for a quote. Than I called CSI Plumbing, Dwayne, the owner, answered the phone and was very polite. Before he even started talking about money he asked if I had turned off the water and gas to the heater. I said no I totally forgot with my rush to the phone. He than walked me through the steps over the phone on getting my water and gas turned off to the water heater. Dwayne than asked me a few questions about me water heater and my house and was able to give me a quote right then over the phone. I was so impressed with his honesty and helpfulness I set the appointment and he was at my house on time with all the tools and a new heater right on his truck. We looked at the water heater together and he said the price was going to be what he quoted over the phone. It took him no time at all to have the old one out and the new one installed. Dwayne then went through the lighting procedure, warranty, and other paper work with me. He cleaned up his mess and was very polite, caring, and professional at all times. I will recommend him to ALL my family and friends. Dwayne is "OLD SCHOOL" something you just can't find today. OH YEAH, and his price was about $300.00 less than everybody else that I called.
So all in one week my garage door breaks, and my main line got backed up... Grrrr. I called CSI Plumbing at 12:30 and he was at my house by 2:45. He did NOT charge a service fee.. $100.00 flat.. I called 3 guys that were all about $30.00 higher.. Thanks Dwane!!!
