I had CSI clean my carpet and they were the WORST carpet cleaners in America. They were in and out by the time I left my house by Camino de oeste and to the rental property by Camino De La Tierra, approx. a 15min. drive. After they left I got down on my knees to fix an existing hole in the wall and my pants Immediatly were soaked. I touched the carpet and the whole thing was soaked. I could not beleive It, I lifted up one side of the carpet and touche the concreat and it was water, not moisture, but water. I was angry. They never vacumed the carpet before they cleanened it because you could see the dog hair on it. I did not want them back in my house because I would of probably ended up in jail. The smell in the house the next day was horrible. Please save your self a head-ake and use someother company. I originaly went with CSI because of their ratings but I beleave 110% that they make there own rating. CSI your horrible I hope you go down. I recomend Daves carpet cleanning 520-745-1530 he did an EXELENT job.
I had recently needed my Carpets cleaned so I tried CSI, and I was completely satisfied. I have a 1,800 sq. ft. home, and in the past I used Stanley Steamer. They could'nt get all the stains out, but CSI did such a Professional Job that my carpets look like new. I also had a seam that needed to be fixed and it looks like the day it was installed.
I am recommending CSI to all my Friends and Family, and I would recommend the to anyone who want a Truely Professinal Job done in their Home. THANKS ALOT CSI !!!

This company is the best. I found them on yellowpages.com and it was the best call I ever made. CSI has no hidden charges, they are honest, and very hard workers. The end result is the greatest. I am completely satisfied with this company and I would not use another company. They removed pet stains and odors that I was told would not come out.
