Cretescapes

In August 2007, this company did concrete refinishing at my property. The total job was 4,400 square feet of existing concrete patio and driveway. According to the job description on the contract, they were to strip and clean the existing concrete; stain the existing concrete using a two color system; seal the existing concrete using a one color tint; repair cracks. The day after they left I noticed a problem in one spot and attempted to contact CreteScapes. I left a message stating my issue. No one returned my call. During September, I attempted to contact CreteScapes several additional times. No one answered their phone. I left messages, but no returned my calls. In early October, the "stain" they applied started peeling off the pool deck. I called CreteScapes several times. Finally Tiffany Gabrielson answered the phone. After a heated exchange, she agreed to have her husband contact me. He came by my home and set up a date for one of his employees to power wash the problem area and another date for his employee to refinish the problem area. They made the first appointment, but failed to return to refinish the area. Since that time, the "stain" has begun to peel in dozens of places. CreteScapes neither answers my calls nor responds to repeated messages I have left them.
