i had to call courtesy plumbing on Saturday night for an emergency, i knew it would be high but it was more than i expected, the tech convinced me the best way to unclog the drain for the bathroom would be through the roof which cost $100 extra then at the end when he gave me the receipt he told me there is no guarentee due to the location they used to unclog the drain from, that was a total ripoff, i would not trust them again.

We decided to use Courtesy Plumbing in Covina becasue of all the reviews they had. Came out to our house in Rancho Cucamonga and did a great job just like the reviews said. I would highly recommend them. They are a solid company.

I decided to call Courtesty Plumbers in West Covina area based on all the great reviews. I had a pipe break under ground and they came by and did a great job. They were on time, respectful of my property and quick. That is why I'm writing this review which I do not do often but they really impressed me. They also quoted me on a tankless water heater while they were here.

They did a great job on our tankless water heater and water softener installation in our home in Rancho Cucamonga. Nice people. I would hire them again.

We had a old water softener replaced with the new Pelican Filters by Courtesy Plumbing in Rancho Cucamonga and we love it! The water feels so much better when you shower. They did a great job and the plumbers who did the water softener installation tested everything when they were done to make sure it all worked correctly. I was actually impressed with their services which is why I am writing this review.

We started using these guys for all our plumbing work after they told us we did not, in fact, need to replace our main sewer line, and would be just fine with snaking it regularly, which saved us many thousands of dollars - another company had assured us that disaster was imminent without immediate action (that was a few years ago). They are unfailingly courteous (just like the name says!) and helpful, and you can call them and talk to someone who knows something about your problem - none of the ridiculous transferring between the receptionist and the dispatcher that you have to deal with when you call big companies. And they're just nice people. Our dog loves them. It's nice to be able to hire people you can trust.

We got a great deal on both my bathroom and kitchen redesigns with these guys. At first I didn't think that calling the plumber was the right move, because what do they know about like cabinets and counters and things right? Well my husband set it up with the "designer lady" at first and with what we wanted to do she was just baffled about how to pull off the changes in electrical, gas, and plumbing that would be needed. After going around and around and having, OMG, unlicensed contractors pound on our home, we let her and her people go and started over. This time, we realized that the gas and plumbing items were hardest and most important, as well as the fixtures. So we interviewed plumbers and these guys at Courtesy, they were licensed and knew who to subcontract with, and in the end it all worked out great. Perfect fixtures we hadn't even thought of, everything moved where it needed to be, and we are happy beyond happy. Thanks to Jeff and crew for fine fast service!

I just wanted to mention that I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and professionalism shown by Sean who came out during the recent flooding in Flintridge and did troubleshooting on our drains that were backed up and not working from the rain and mud. He did a video inspection, found the problems and fixed them in just a little while. If I wore a hat, it would be hats off to Courtesy. Thanks again guys!
