Fred will set up an appointment with you at your convenience and go over your needs, your budget and project expectations. If an architect is needed, he will recommend one that is highly qualified at a fair price. If a variance is needed, he will walk you through the process because of the experience he has serving on planning boards in two towns. If plans or a variance are not needed we will generate a quote for you and present it within a few days at a sit down to explain all the details of the project and financial aspects of the job. In addition, Comfort Guard Contracting LLC will provide the following: References: Comfort Guard will gladly provide reference from previous jobs and show you pictures of past completed work. Proposal/Contract: Comfort Guard will provide a clearly typed proposal/contract that you will understand and know what you are getting. Payment Schedule: A payment schedule will be attached to the proposal/contract. The schedule will be made according to the progress of the job and mutually agreeable to both parties. Project Management: A Comfort Guard principal - (usually Fred) will personally supervise and control every aspect of your job from start to finish. Capabilities: Comfort Guard has the experience and knowledge to complete any size job, small or large. Insurance: Comfort Guard Contracting is properly insured and will provide a certificate of insurance upon request. Licenses: Comfort Guard Contracting is registered and licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Home Improvement Contractor and a Building Contractor.
