Cluster Fix Nationwide Speedometer & Gauge Repair

I bought a used car from a private seller and the instrument cluster panel was inoperable and had a few things wrong with it, which also affected the reverse lights. I was completely aware of the issues and wound up purchasing the vehicle at a much lower price than it would usually sell for due to the inconvenience of the problematic instrument cluster panel. The problems the instrument cluster panel faced were: the gauges not lighting up, nor indicate anything (speedometer, fuel, etc. needles didn't move); mostly all of the icons (highbeams, seatbelt) light up but they stay lit (stagnant) without reflecting anything, no matter if highbeams or whichever is on or not; signals and hazard lights are also not indicated on the cluster that they are on or not and they do not making that ticking noise to indicate that they are on; and last but not least, the reverse/backup lights stay on regardless of if I’m in Drive or in Park.

Thinking I could just take it to a regular auto shop and have it fixed for cheap, I called quite a few shops here (I live in a big city) and they all informed me that they do not specialize in fixing cluster panels and that it would cost a ton to have it repaired. They recommended that I just purchase another cluster panel from a junk yard with similar miles on it and then have it programmed to the vehicle or send to the dealership (which would cost a TON).
I felt like there had to be a way to simply fix the cluster panel... and it was was!

After a few minutes of searching online about companies who specialize in repairing cluster panels, I came across Cluster Fix and they were perfect for what I was looking for. The only thing initially that I thought was going to be a problem was sending it out (since they are in another state), but that was hardly a problem. So, I looked online to find out how to take the cluster panel out (I'm sure Shannon and his associates would've sent a video/tutorial on how to do it if I would've asked them). Also, from the time I ship the cluster panel to them to the time I get it back fixed was less than a week -- would've been even less time than that but I shipped over a weekend and it only takes them about TWO DAYS to fix!

I got the cluster panel back in less than a week from the time I shipped it out and it was like brand new with everything working as it should!

I have a Ford F150 2005 and it was experiencing an intermittent problem with the brake warning lamp illuminating. I finally diagnosed down to the instrument cluster. I looked around for replacement or local repair and found replacement problematic due to the Odometer that is built into the dash. I contacted Clusterfix , explained the problem and got a quote over the phone. I was concerned that mailing the cluster back and forth to west Richland Washington was going to take weeks. I have a 06 Dodge Ram 1500. My tach gauge was faulty and the dealership wanted $800 plus to fix. Cluster fix repaired and sent it back to me in 3 days total for under $200. Finally found someone that is trustworthy towards what he says!!!! when dealing with people that did not treat customers fair, I soon heard about cluster fix in which the owner was very nice and easy to work with and not only that but he actually did keep his word in fixing my cluster that way I wanted it. I truly do recommend this place for many other people because the service is fast and reliable, it saved me lots of money. Most important the owner stays on top of things and offers good pricing.
