Assured me his techs (only 2 I think) are experienced as he is, so no worries getting an "apprentice" technician out to your home who really doesn't know what he's doing. They were available same day when others had days wait... It was right before 4th of July. Resonable service fee and set price for freon instead of a huge markup on the first pound. This I appreciated and they did good work. I trusted them since I was out of town and was setting up an appointment with my girlfriend at the house. Won't hesitate to call them when I finally have to actually replace instead of service!
