City of Cleveland

In 2011 My house was robbed of 2 guns and ammo, and other electronics. I knew who did and went Looking for this person.I was pareked on the wrong side of a street and a cop pulls up and flashes his lights.I got out and went to the car trying to explain what I was doing he tells me :when I flash my light that means move: I told him i didnt know thats what it meant. I walked away and he wanted my license.He gave me a ticket.he was UNCONCERNED ABOUT THE 2 GUNS WITH AMMO IN THE HANDS OF A YOUNG KID.I spoke to his Captain at the police station she told me she would try to get rid of the ticket.I never heard from her agin.I thought it was taken care of, until nov 2012 they put a block and a warrant out on me for this ticket it now costs 231.00 we cant even trust the captain of the police force we are doomed...never trust 4 th district police or their captains they all lie...just part of their job I guess.

I had a very bad experience with a police officer named. officer colon on 9/10/2010 at about 9:30 p.m., at 123th st & st clair while traveling down st clair to obtain funds, from someone that owed me money. My license is suspended due to a fraudulent report that someone filed to the bmv. This young man pulled us over, my daughter was driving, he had my vehicle impounded, due to a so called arrest, which never happenned. He had the wrong information on the ticket, on the release, said I had to have the vehicle out of my name to pick it up, and he was very rude. I suggest to this office colon he should improve his people skills by learning how to fabricate a little better, My mayfield hts police officers are wonderful and very helpful, maybe some of you officer colons out there should take lessons from them. I will be fighting this in court, I wont be losing.
