The Price might have been a little steep, however, the service man showed up promptly, listened to all of my concerns and attempted to fix any issues that I had, Great company would use them again. I don't know what this other reviewers problem is, probably just a neanderthal.

This company canvassed our neighborhood with flyers, so I gave them a try. The serviceman pulled up in a truck that probably wouldn't be let near elementary schools and he smelled like an ashtray. He walked around my yard and I pointed out what I would like done. Before he left I told him I would like an estimate before work started. Never got an estimate, but he came back at some point when no one was home and fixed about 1/2 of the things we discussed. Then I got an invoice from the owner for $240. All the materials were less than $25, so there were labor charges of $215! A $50 service call charge and $85/hour for labor! Are you kidding me? If sprinkler repairmen make $85/hour, I chose the wrong profession. I called the owner and expressed that I was unhappy with the service and also never got the estimate I had requested. Instead of calling me, he wrote me a letter saying he doesn't give estimates for such "inconsequential" repairs and to pay what I owe. Unprofessional.
