        I'm exhausted.... I've had 2 policies with CHW and have only recently attempted to file any claims. What a nightmare! Won't bore you with the exhaustive process you must endure from the onset of a claim, to the unwillingness of technicians to complete the jobs and the MANY service calls to get it right. oOn to the unwillingness of CHW to honor the warranty you think you have been paying for. Forget their "repair or replace" claims. Our washer was deemed unrepairable and the replacement amount was a ridiculous $299.99. Ugh!
