They always go out of their way to make sure my fire place

is safe to use.If they find something worng they always

make sure it is fixed and safe to use.

The owners are kind and always helpful when i

call.I highly recomend this company for all

your fire place needs.

I recently had a man named mike come to my house to clean my chimney. While he was here he was rude, told my kids to move,and was very un-profesional. I called to complain, and the woman at the office told me that we could call some one else and that she did not need our buisness, but to top it off I had another sweep to my house from chimney Chaps, who informed me that my chimney was not safe to burn in. So i DO NOT recomend using this company!!

This company does not do a good nor do they have any employees. This was the worst service I have ever had and would not recommend anyone else to go through the same experience I went through. the owner and his wife are VERY rude and not willing to help. So DO NOT use this company.
