Charlie's Heating & Air Conditioning

I returned from out of town on Sunday to find that my air conditioner was not working. I called this company on Monday and a technician did come to my residence the same day. I was told that a new motor would have to be ordered. I called the office on Tuesday and was told that I would be contacted to schedule repair. When I arrived home at 9pm, there was a company card with 830 on the back. I called the office on Wednesday and was advised that a technician came to my residence on Tuesday, although there was not an appointment. I was told that a technician would come to my residence I Wednesday, but could not provide a time. After I missed an entire day of work, they NEVER showed up!
