Center of Family Love

I worked there for a very short time. Management hasnt a clue whats going on. The building i worked at, if the staff didnt like you they would ignore you. Papers were fraudulent and you had 2 family members covering for each other. I came into work and asked about a clients black eye and i was told...i dont know i guess he hit his head. I asked if there was a report written and they said no...this happens all the time. Please, please,please...do not send your loved ones there!

CFL has heart, and the clients there are truly loved by staff like they are their 2nd family. The folks that live at CFL have a special place in my heart. So many of them are just like big kids with pure hearts, and they all deserve a place to call home where they can get the encouragement and help they need, which is why I am glad to be a part of the mission of CFL.

Don't ever put anyone you care about there. They do not take care of the clients. The Executive Director is more interested in what client's family has money to donate than what is actually wrong with the client or how the care is. They treat employees horribly, with low pay, no benefits and no praise. Their State surveys and complaints are horrible, just look on the State website. Don't work there and don't put any loved one there.
