I also had a problem with purchasing an item online and them not shipping it in a reasonable amount of time. I had to email several times before I was able to get an answer on when the item would ship and even then it wasn't shipped when they said it would. When I asked for my money back I was suddenly provided a tracking number. NOT HAPPY! One star is even too high

This company is notorious for charging you for your order and then not shipping it. I quit dealing with them because of all the time and trouble it takes to try and reach them and get them to ship out the items. They are difficult to reach and always have some excuse why it is not their fault. Great way for them to get your money and make interest on it without having to spend it to get the product shipped to you. It is another one of those companies that took the course saying make great money selling items over the internet without ever doing any work - just watching your money come in every day. You know the ones, where you place your order but it is automatically sent to another company, the one that really has the items, and they ship the items paying this company a commission for selling the items. Pay a little more and go with a company that actually tells you the real status on your order, works to really get the order out to you, and doesn't charge you for it until they actually ship it to you.
