California 1.75 Cleaners

I have tried calling ALL day to see if my order that was suppose to he ready yesterday is ginished (before I make yet another trip) Thirty Six (36)calls and not once did someone answer the phone. I called the second lication and the fool only said "I bet we have the same number as you do".

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Service- I drove 45 minutes and paid 2 toll road fees and my order was not ready on the day I was told it would be. The incompetent clerk could inly state that she is the only one there.

I took a shirt in to have it cleaned. I picked it up and it had stains on the front and back. I took it back the next morning and they said they would take care of it. When I went back, they said they couldn't get it out. The manager then informed me that they were not responsible because it didn't happen there. I was appalled. I ask if he was calling me a liar and he said I am just telling you it didn't happen here.

Great service, i was in and out in only a few minutes and when i picked-up my clothes i was surprised to discover that i left 20$ in my pants and it was returned with a note on it.

When picking up some garments from California Cleaners, I was told that one of my items was rejected because it had glitter on it. It was outside of the plastic bag that held my other items. Immediately I noticed two holes in the garment that had not been there before. I told the counter person, who fetched the manager. The manager did not look at the garment or ask me what was wrong, he just walked up and said that he didn't do anything to the garment, and then turned around and walked away. I know there is nothing they could do about the holes, I just wanted to tell him to be more careful in the future. I will never use this dry cleaner again, and urge anyone who uses a Midtown dry cleaner to steer clear of this one.

I have gone here for a long time with no problem. Last time I went the chemical smell on my clothes was horrible. I returned them and it was no better. I still have been unable to get this smell out. Wll not use this cleaners again

Prices are great and service. Always gets close same day or next day

I have called several dry cleaners ( Fox, LaMode, Park Plaza, Tulsa Cleaners) in town for a Friday evening drop off and a Saturday pick up. All of them told me there was no way to do this. They were open Saturday but only for garments to be picked up. If I brought it in on Friday, it wouldn't be ready till Monday. I almost gave up, I decided to try one more and called California Cleaners and was surprised to find that they will accept drop ins until 7pm on Friday and have a garment ready at 4pm on Saturday! (No laundry, Just Dry Cleaning) And the $1.75 is just an added bonus!!!
